The Role
We are looking for someone with knowledge and passion for Real Estate to join our team as a BDM. This role will receive hands-on training and mentorship for our highly experienced Head of New Business who has been with Highland for years.
The ideal person will be able to proactively work towards KPI's and targets and perform well under pressure. This is a full-time position working within a very energetic fast paced environment. Perfect role for someone who loves Real Estate and sales but doesn’t want to become an independent sales agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting (cold calling) for new property management listings
- Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets
- Proactively identifying potential new clients
- Establish and maintain the client database
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of business
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
- Prepare photos, signboards, and advertisements for available rental properties
- Assist and attend open homes
- Prepare and conduct in-going reports, when required
- Working on Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid-week half-day RDO
- Previous sales experience - working towards targets/KPIs
- Previous experience within Real Estate, preference within Sales or New Business
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
