This role is a Supervisor of Maintenance and responsible for the maintenance department and will require qualifications and experience in maintenance. Working on fully automated equipment, you will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance along with continuous improvement activities and risk management. Defining, implementing and monitoring maintenance programming utilising computerised maintenance management systems will be a core process. This role will be great for anyone who wants experience, leadership mentoring and an opportunity to progress in their career. We are seeking a maintenance professional who is looking to expand on their production experience and develop their leadership style. Our preferred candidate will be able to perform physical related tasks to a high standard and work effectively unsupervised and within a team environment.
Reporting to the Operations Manager your key focus is to lead and develop the people, processes, and systems for the safety, efficient and effective utilisation of the available resources and the operation of the maintenance department.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
