Maintenance Systems Lead About the role As the Maintenance Systems Lead at Liberty Bell Bay, you play a central role within our reliability maintenance team working closely with our Mechanical and Electrical Reliability Engineers, and Maintenance Planners, as well as collaborating with our dedicated reliability team.Additionally, you'll work with a team of specialists and technicians, ensuring efficient processing of maintenance requests and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Enhancing and maintaining Liberty Bell Bay's Maintenance Systems for peak efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements. Conducting regular audits to uphold data accuracy and integrity. Providing hands-on training and support for maintenance data entry. Serving as a vital link between maintenance, operations, and IT teams, ensuring clear communication channels.Hours: Monday – Friday, with the option to engage in a flexible 9 day fortnight, offering a balanced work-life schedule.
