Major Works Contract Supervisor

MW Contract Supervisor required for 20 week placement

Hays are looking forexperienced Contract Supervisors to oversee a 24/7 construction program inKwinana. This is a 20 week contract, operating on a Sportsman roster. Must beopen to a split between day and night shifts.

Your new role

Reporting to theSenior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and performancemonitoring construction contractors as well as safety, scope management, QC,testing, inspection and acceptance of works. Your primary responsibilities willbe:

Assisting in the delivery of project objectives and operational targetsCollating, inspecting and reporting on relevant project safety and quality issuesReporting on works progress, including cost issues and commission, and undertaking final inspectionsEnsuring compliance to specifications and schedules by means of document control, material procurement validation and testingContractor liaison to ensure Project work does not interfere with main customer operations

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful inthis role you will need:

Demonstrated experience in project coordination and supervisionWell-developed knowledge of WHS RegulationsIndustry safety cardFlexibility to work weekends and night shifts when required
