Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Due to National expansion, we are seeking a Make Safe Coordinator to join our brand new "Make Safe - Super Centre" team! This team will service insured customers around the clock, providing exceptional customer service.
The role:
- Full time hours
- Work from home
- Schedule and maintain trade appointments
- Liaise with trades to ensure reports are accurate and submit to our Clients
- Perform a range of administration duties and support to Make Safe team, our Clients and their customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with our Clients, customers, and contractors regarding insurance claims
- Answer phone calls from all ACG entity Clients, customers, contractors, and internal staff daily and be able to assist where necessary, transfer the calls to the correct Supervisor when needed
- Liaise with trades and coordinate emergency response

Week OneThursday: 3pm – 10 pm
Friday: 3pm – 10 pm
Saturday: 7am – 7pm
Sunday: 7am – 7pm
Week Two
Monday: 3pm – 10 pm
Tuesday: 3pm – 10 pm
Wednesday: 3pm – 10 pm
Saturday: 7am – 7pm
Sunday: 7am – 7pm

Highly desirable characteristics & skills:
- Administration experience essential, previous construction industry experience and trade qualifications or equivalent knowledge highly regarded but not essential
- High level of computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Maintain a high standard in verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work in a systematic and organised manner to cope with tight deadlines and fast paced environment
