About the role
Due to rapid growth and change, Repurpose It now has an exciting new role for a Management Accountant in their finance team. Working closely with the operations team and Business unit leaders and reporting to the Senior Management Accountant and Senior Group Accountant, this role will support business objectives through the delivery of exceptional financial reporting and insightful analysis around trends and performance. A key role in this highly agile, dynamic and hands-on team, it is pivotal in supporting the Senior Leadership team for the business and will be responsible for the monthly management accounts, associated analysis and trend reporting for the operational business units, along with assisting in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and costing always contributing to ongoing improvement of processes.
About you
You are a dynamic and collaborative CA qualified senior from the Big 4 seeking their first move into industry, with a solid technical foundation and exposure to privately held, high-growth clients of relevance to the circular economy such as construction, materials handling and broader manufacturing/industrial sectors. You possess strong analytical and Excel modelling skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Resilient, adaptable, hands-on and outcome-focussed, with a desire to get out on site where the action happens, you will share your time between sites in the North and SE of Melbourne and enjoy this fast-paced, commercial and community focussed business environment.
