THE ROLE
As a Management Accountant, your role will be a 6-month contract, and will be central to our financial operations, providing the necessary tools and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making across the company. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Contributing to the end-of-month processes and preparing annual financial statements under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
- Assisting with UAC’s annual audits and meeting external reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Offering timely and high-quality management reports to stakeholders, re-forecasting expenses, and analysing budget variances.
- Developing financial models, performing cost-reduction analyses, and advising on financial strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive business performance.
- Managing and mentoring a team of accountants, providing leadership and administrative oversight.
REQUIREMENTS:
CPA Qualification and 4 years minimum Business Partner/Management Accountant required.

Remuneration: Salary range is $132,902.29 - $149,887.85 per year, including base salary plus superannuation and other benefits.
