We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organisation skills to join our Business Banking team as a Management Assistant and provide a high level of administration and support to multiple Executive Managers in the Business Banking Leadership team.
This role will see you support, problem solve and actively seek out improvements to the administration of the team to assist them to meet business goals.
This role is a permanent full-time role based in Brisbane.
What you’ll do
- Provide administrative support to the EM/HO spanning day to day administrative tasks, ad-hoc requests, and project support as required.
- Collate monthly reports for leadership members as required.
- Calendar management for members of the leadership team.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements using Suncorp preferred suppliers.
- Assist in the production of documents for presentation to a range of audiences including employees, leaders, and the Executive Team (as required).
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes as well as arranging videoconferencing, teleconferencing, and catering as required.
- Organising team/client events including venue booking, catering, agendas, training material and audio visual.
- Support leaders in processing invoices, expenses, and monthly reconciliations, in a timely manner.
- Coordination or administrative set up for new starters including security requests, building access, and arranging workstation and IT hardware.
What you’ll bring
- Previous Management Assistance experience desired.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- High level of confidentiality.
- Actively identifies improvements or ways to do things more effectively.
- Works effectively in a diverse and flexible team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven planning and organisation capability.
- Ability to prepare artefacts as requested.
