About the Role
Seeking an Assistant Manager to join this successful practice in Chermside. This role will see you working with the luxury, fashion and sporting brands in a consultative health and sales environment. Not your typical role, here you are supporting, managing a team of sales staff and health professionals to a shared goal. Appointment book management, profit and loss reports, team retention and development are just some of the things you get to focus on.
Skills Required
- Prior optical experience needed
- Experience leading teams
- Well-versed business acumen
- Proven record influencing sales performance
- Professional but outgoing personality
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Think outside the box on how you can further grow your business
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Great with technology - loads of tools available
- HICAPS knowledge is not essential but a bonus
