We are currently recruiting for a Manager Assessment to join our Assessment team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to oversee our Assessment team during a period of substantial growth and development. In this role, you will be leading projects including the implementation of the e-journal and RPL automation process. The successful candidate will not only contribute to driving process improvement and ensuring quality assurance but will also play a crucial role in cultivating a positive team culture.
Is this role for you?Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Management, Technical or similar or equivalent level of operational experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading a technical team with a focus on process improvement, customer service and fostering positive employee engagement.
- Proven ability to successfully manage and implement projects and initiatives to ensure optimal team and business outcomes.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues through negotiation and consultation with others.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work, deal with competing demands, manage time effectively and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
- Experience working in a higher education or vocational education organisation is desirable.
