The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic leader in a brand-new position to drive the growth of CPP's Asset Management Services to existing and new markets and clients.
CPP's Asset Management Services (AMS) specialise in the management of power and energy-related assets, covering the asset lifecycle from the point of commissioning and handover of the construction phase through to the end-of-life options (upgrade, renewal, transfer or disposal). Our services include testing, overhauls and maintenance of switch gear, transformers, battery banks, secondary and SCADA systems. It is AMS' responsibility to perform checks to equpment to ensure they operate both functionally and safely.
As the Manager, Asset Services, your primary responsibility will be to actively contribute to the growth of company revenue, markets, products, clients and repeat business, and grow CPP's service offering geographically in NSW to compliment our established AMS operations in SA.
This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader with a technical sales background in the High-Voltage industry to grow a business at a renewable energy industry leader.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 8+ years experience in the HV industry, preferably in electrical maintenance and service
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales and management
- Ability to successfully drive and manage a P&L with strong financial and business acumen
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships in order to grow the AMS business
