Manager Business Collections

Join our dynamic Collections team as a Manager within Business Collections.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation of our Business Collections operations. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and deliver exceptional service offerings that support our business bank and its brands. You will be at the forefront of redefining and embedding end-to-end processes, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and focusing on people development. Your expertise in financial and operational data analysis will be crucial in enhancing performance and achieving better customer outcomes.

Your transformation activities involve a focus on aligning the departments policies and procedures to industry and regulatory standards and be driven to engage both internal and external stakeholders, possessing an ability to understand the business, products and key drivers ensuring compliant collection activity and improved arrears performance.

We are looking for a visionary leader with a passion for excellence and innovation. You bring a wealth of experience in Business Collections and a track record of successful team management.

As a successful candidate your analytical skills are top-notch, and you have a keen eye for detail. You are adept at promoting a strong risk culture and have a people-centric approach to management.
