About the role
Applying their leadership skills and experience you will fulfil a key role in the Leadership Team. The manager oversees a small team and directly influences our training strategy, building new partnerships that extend our commitment to talent development. This position is a full-time role, based in Cairns and reports directly to the Cape York Institute CEO.
The role will suit someone who is influential, has deep foundational people leadership capability and experience developing and delivering training programs.
