The team are responsible for managing the credit risk for collections portfolio. We use data to inform and make decisions, aiming to balance revenue, losses and expenses. We work closely with the front-line teams, and the technology teams to implement and execute our strategies.On a day-to-day basis you will:Partner with stakeholders from broad cross-functional teams to deliver our new strategic collections platform as part of the Simple Better Collections (SBC) program for our Home Loan products.Collaborate with the project, compliance and business stakeholders to ensure all business readiness activities are completed prior to deployment.Ad-hoc Analysis and Testing, utilising hypothesis-led approach to conceptualise a problem to find core drivers.Produce monthly reports for Senior Management and present complex analysis to a variety of non-technical audiences.Engage with key stakeholders in Home Loan collections to drive enhancement in collections strategies utilising data and analytics based decisioning.We are interested in hearing from people who have:Please note that we are interested in hearing from people who might not meet all the following criteria.
