Form of workTroocoo are recruiting a Manager, Corporate Planning & Reporting (AO8) temporary contract to commence ASAP. This role will be working with a leading QLD State Government agency as part of the corporate performance branch, to drive strategic planning, risk management and performance analytics.
- Agency contractor – 6 month temporary role: $88.39 p/hour + super
- Brisbane CBD location – easy access to public transport
- Please note, this is not a finance position.
- Lead and coordinate Corporate Planning and Reporting programs in a complex and diverse organisation to support and build a culture of evidence based decision making.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including executive and specialist networks to develop the strategic plan, operational planning processes and business continuity planning.
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of corporate performance management frameworks to comply with legislation and whole of government policy.
- Coordinate the preparation of the non-financial elements of the Service Delivery Statement for the portfolio, the annual stakeholder satisfaction survey, the annual report, and other monitoring and Reporting activities as required.
- Promote and foster innovation to ensure corporate performance activities are responsive to organisational needs for the provision and coordination of timely expert advice to senior and executive staff, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review complex committee papers, briefing notes, policies, procedures and guides to ensure compliance with legislation and to inform decision making.
Your demonstrated experience:
- Previous experience within performance reporting, Corporate Planning and strategy
- Business partnering & reporting experience – working with a range of complex stakeholder groups
- Experience within Government is highly regarded
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
