An AO8 Manager – Finance and Contracts and Procurement Office vacancy is available in the Strategic Projects team of the Queensland Revenue Office.
You will lead the QRO Finance, and Contracts and Procurement Office (CPO) to successfully execute financial and Procurement planning, governance controls and effective supplier management.

Key accountabilities of the role are:
- Champion professional development across the QRO Finance and CPO teams, by understanding existing skillsets and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and facilitate development of submissions and reports to Executive management on a variety of topics related to QRO's financial and Procurement functions, including analysing issues, considering impacts and risks, and making recommendations.
- Prepare and present dashboard reports to Executive management on financial, procurement and contract performance.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate relevant and recent experience across the following areas:
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, contract law, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
