In this role, you’ll lead this company’s B2B and B2C e-commerce sites, looking to boost online sales through strategic planning and execution. Using analytics to optimize e-commerce and marketing efforts, you’ll enhance user experience and website functionality. You’ll also own online marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Be the product owner of the B2B and B2C e-comm sites and all associated digital channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the websites work seamlessly from a shopper's perspective and regularly test the user experience to maintain website functionality.
- Manage and develop strategies for online marketing across all paid, owned and earned channels.

They have a stunning B2B website to drive enquiries, and are in the process of launching a B2C website for their direct-to-customer channel .

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for an experience E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who brings a good blend of onsite e-commerce optimisation, onsite content and customer experience management, and traffic acquisition and conversion. You will own both e-commerce websites and their associated revenue and will have the chance to build a team around you.
- Proven experience in managing ecommerce websites and growing sales.
- Strong track record in running successful Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and technology.
