Manager - Finance Systems

Our client is a Non-Profit providing a range of services in the Disability, Youth and Allied Health space.This role will oversee a number of transformation initiatives within the NDIS Financial Plan Management service. The division is responsible for processing and paying invoices on behalf of people with a disability to the value of $0.5B annually.As one of the largest Plan Managers in Victoria there is massive opportunity to further grow and develop this service, particularly through digital enhancement, systems optimisation and process efficiencies.The role will involve:- Leading the development and implementation of digital,
engagement and efficiency-based system and processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements for the purpose of customer engagement and enhanced business performance.
- Ensuring readiness for significant client growth, with a focus on
scalable and sustainable business transformation activities.
- Works with Business Solutions to develop the overall digital
strategy and schedule for the implementation of defined projects
and initiatives.
- Stays up to date with industry and sector developments,
understanding their implications and implementing initiatives
designed to maximise opportunities arising from regulatory
changes.
- Proactively engages with key contacts from the National Disability
Insurance Agency for related operational and compliance matters,
building relationships.
Leadership and Change Management
-Drives implementation of new initiatives, designing and executing
strategies to facilitate business adoption.
- Places a strong emphasis on addressing the human aspect of
change, including understanding its impact on team members and
facilitating their adaptation to new circumstances.
