The Opportunity
The Manager, FP&A is a pivotal role beyond the numbers - it's about fostering growth, influencing strategy, and providing the financial guidance necessary to drive our business to new heights. As we expand our data-driven culture, we're seeking individuals who can amplify our financial analysis capabilities.
As the leader of our FP&A team, you'll be instrumental in delivering insights, value through financial analysis, reporting, and planning. You'll execute our Business Planning and Reporting Framework while leading our business partnering function. Your expertise in management accounting, strategic Financial Planning, and advanced analysis will be key to your success in this role.
Collaborating closely with the Manager for Systems, Data and Analytics and Financial Accounting Manager you'll shape our Finance team and work extensively with various business units. Your leadership, coupled with a focus on continuous improvement, will elevate our FP&A function.
About You
This role is for an experienced FP&A Manager with a track record of developing and leading a small team, who is ready to help drive ongoing growth in our organisation. You utilise your strategic thinking to drive organisational outcomes, using your methodical and structured approach to problem solving.
- Proven FP&A leader with a track record of team development and driving growth
- Strategic thinker, solving problems methodically & structurally
- Proficient in influencing senior leadership through strong communication
- Expertise in planning software (SAC/SAP BPC), 3-way modelling and compliance
- Strong leadership, initiative, attention to detail, accounting excellence and cross-functional relationship building skills
- Engage stakeholders beyond the realm of finance.
- Driven for continuous improvement, ambitious and team-oriented
- Confident, poised leader with experience leading planning functions and driving value through systems
