Lead Financial Planning, drive business development & mentor a dedicated team in a sustainable aquaculture environment in Pt Lincoln, SA.
The Lucas Group is currently seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with an in-depth knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis for our client, Angel Seafood.
Angel Seafood are world leading pioneers in sustainable & organic oyster production. An innovative and organic, premium producer of Pacific Oysters, Angel Seafood's goal is to provide fresh, clean, consistently high-quality product for superior food experiences, while respecting the environment.
Strategically located across the beautiful Eyre Peninsula, Angel Seafood has key facilities in Coffin Bay, Cowell, Haslam, and Port Lincoln.
Responsibilities

• Manage accurate corporate financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Support the leadership team for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, investments, and new business development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement.
• Working alongside C-Suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage).
• Strong numeracy skills with proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with various financial software.
• Team leadership experience, with a hands-on, practical, approach.
• Effective communication & presentation skills in engaging with executives & directors.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment & changing priorities.

Compensation

• Negotiable Remuneration Package, Circa Base salary $130,000 - $140,000
