Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance

This role involves overseeing all maintenance aspects of Australia's largest integrated wet iron ore processing facility

This role requires FIFO from Perth, located in the Pilbara region. We offer competitive compensation, based on your experience level. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a 4:3 | 4:4 | 8/6 | allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

We're seeking a passionate individual experienced in Fixed Plant Maintenance to lead our team of 220 employees. This role offers a thrilling opportunity to oversee maintenance at our processing facilities, including Shutdowns, across 30 kilometers of operation, which includes maintaining 5 crushers distributed among 4 ROMs, producing over 60 million tonnes of iron ore annually. Requirements

To thrive in this role, we are seeking a seasoned leader in Fixed Plant Maintenance who possesses the ability to effectively coach, train, and empower team members. Additionally, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or a comparable blend of education and experience

• Have proven experience in managing processing facilities
• Exhibit a strong capacity to motivate and uplift your team, setting a high standard for performance
• Be ready to take responsibility for your team's outcomes and guide them towards exceptional achievements
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both orally and in writing, and display a commitment to nurturing and developing others to help them reach their full potential
