This opportunity offers:

• Attractive annual salary $141,669 - $163,841 p.a. plus 11% superannuation
• Location: State Training Academy Dubbo (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered)

As we strive to enhance our Learning and Development capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional in this field to develop and spearhead our initiatives.

As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in:

• Learning and Development leadership within a complex organisation or emergency service
• Legislative requirements, standards and regulations related to Learning and Development
• Managing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance and vocational education programs
