Within the scope of the duties, the ideal applicant will:
- Lead detailed data analysis and quality assurance processes across the investment portfolio that supports the delivery of the infrastructure Investment Portfolio
- Manage high quality reporting services to key stakeholders including Minister, Cabinet, executive management, and other Government agencies.
- Work in partnership with subject matter experts to deliver well documented and quality advice
- Monitor ongoing performance from a project and program delivery and expenditure perspective for performance and reporting purposes
A background in portfolio, program or project management in an infrastructure environment will be beneficial. Strong experience in data analytics, and reporting for various audiences is highly regarded.

As the Manager, Portfolio Performance Reporting you will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:
- Lead the development of accurate and reliable investment and Performance Reporting; delivering detailed data analytics, to inform Portfolio Performance and optimisation opportunities
- Lead the synthesis and analysis of data and information from various sources to prepare reports and correspondence of a strategic and complex nature for an executive audience
- Lead the strategic assessment of business data processes to develop appropriate controls and system enhancement opportunities to promote and improve data quality
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with key internal stakeholder groups across the Division to ensure critical data and information is derived from the appropriate sources in order to deliver meaningful insights on Portfolio Investment and performance
