The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:
- Managing a inbound calls and address queries over the phone
- Greet clients and customers at reception
- High level administrative support to the team
- Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments
- Management of email, meeting rooms and online bookings
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, friendly
- Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous
- Previous experience managing sick bay would be advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Competency with IT systems
- Must be well presented
