In this role, you'll:

You will be working as part of a highly effective team of legal experts. Sitting within the Prosecutions team, you will manage a team of 7 prosecutors, coordinate court appearances, including rostering the prosecutors, providing legal support to the prosecutors in Court and managing their professional development.

You will also provide instructions to external law firms and be able to appear in court matters that are more significant or complex, as a senior advocate.

About you

You are an experienced Prosecutor who has had experience managing or leading a team in a legal environment. You will thrive with constant decision making and enjoy working as part of a busy team.

You will also have admission and experience as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

You will have outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with influence both verbally and written.
