As Manager, Technology Resilience you will be responsible for and lead the ongoing implementation and coordination of the Australian Retirement Trust Technology Resilience function as well as driving the strategy and framework.
In this position you will provide risk-based advice and guidance to senior leadership, technology streams and business stakeholders and ensure continual training, communication, testing and continuous improvement of policies and plans in line with strategic organisational recovery objectives.
You will be an integral member of the Technology Enabling Services leadership team and contribute to the overall visions and strategic direction of the business unit.
This role is available as a full-time, permanent opportunity.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Significant resilience/ disaster recovery/ business continuity management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Technology Resilience risk evaluation, gap analysis and impact analysis.
- An understanding of technical business continuity and resilience principles including cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in project management for small or medium sized projects in large complex organisations.
- Effective facilitation skills with the ability to train Technology Resilience and recovery concepts to all business stakeholders.
