Manufacturing Accountant

The CompanyMy client is well established and successful Australian based manufacturing business, a market leader in it's space who's client base runs across blue chip businesses to mum-and-dad operations.

The Role

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your focus in this role will be: 

• New Product Costing / Standard cost review
• Daily Production Variance Analysis reporting
• Assisting with Budgeting, Forecasting
• Inventory control
• Manager / control of Bills of materials/ routings / overhead allocations

You will be required to undertake adhoc project-oriented tasks which will utilise your high-level analytical skills.  Your willingness to undertake the reconciliations and documentation processes will also be highly regarded. 

About You
  
To be considered for this role you will have a strong background working as a Management / Cost Accountant ideally within a commercial environment.
