The Opportunity
In this newly created role, you will partner with key Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure optimal site manufacturing performance, analysing performance, developing insights from various data sources, identifying opportunities to continuously improve manufacturing process & performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting detailed and advanced Manufacturing process and performance analysis, using both data and reports from multiple state of the art MES, ERP systems, interpreting information and providing recommendations to continually improve performance & competitiveness.
- Provide advanced, meaningful, data driven insights to the manufacturing team to support the continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly performance reports and provide analysis and interpretation of trends and insights.
- Enable the continual measurement, analysis and reporting of planning vs optimum manufacturing product and run length standards, providing on-going quantitative insights to ensure effective and continuous feedback, to balance the outcomes of the broader supply chain objectives.
Are you up for it?
We’re looking for someone who is outcome and customer focused. A proactive self-starter who enjoys collaborating with other: demonstrating experience in the following:
- Relevant experience in FMCG or similar high speed / complexity manufacturing industry
- Relevant higher education or industry certificate
- SAP S4H or similar (Advanced)
- Outstanding data Analysis capability (Six Sigma qualifications beneficial)
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Power BI, & or other advanced analysis tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills
