AddressCompliance Engineering provides compliance testing and inspection services (to manufacturers and importers of electronic equipment), as well as the manufacture and supply of RF shielded enclosures and associated equipment.
Due to growth, a new position has been created within the organisation. The position will involve assisting with the manufacturing, construction and relocation of radio frequency (RF) shielded enclosures; and the installation of EMF shielding around transformers and substations.
No formal trade certificate is required, although industry experience in carpentry or metal fabrication would be highly regarded.
The position would suit a candidate who has the following attributes:
> Able to use hand tools as well as power tools
> Good mechanical aptitude
> A strong focus on detail
> Effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills
> Demonstrates initiative
> Able to work well independently, or as well as part of a small team
> Holds Australian citizenship and a drivers license
> Based near Melbourne outer eastern suburb of Keysborough
