With several sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Mansfield location which currently employs up to 80 employees.
This is a permanent position offering Full Time hours and an attractive hourly rate. One day of weekend work is required and paid at penalty rates, the roster for this role is Sunday to Thursday.
Working in small team, your key responsibilities will be:
• Assist with general site maintenance of plant, equipment and buildings
• Carry out scheduled preventative and servicing maintenance on site equipment
• Undertake grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks as directed
• 50% of your time is spent operating heavy machinery to complete specific tasks on site
• Complete necessary boiler tasks to provide essential heating to the glasshouses
About You:
You’re a mechanically minded person who loves problem solving and working with your hands. Ideally you’ve had some experience with farm life and are comfortable operating heavy machinery with a strong commitment to safety. As a highly motivated individual you love being part of a team and helping out wherever required to get the job done. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty!
