Manufacturing Coordinator

Your Impact
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Coordinator to join our Wulkuraka facility. In this role you will be responsible for the daily operations of the receiving and distribution functions at the site to ensure our production targets are met, in line with broader supply chain objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and adherence of the weekly production plan.
- Management of raw materials and outwards goods, including cycle counting and transport planning.
- Work effectively with internal and external business partners including logistics and transport teams, material suppliers, warehousing.
- Implement standardised manufacturing processes to ensuring product consistency and quality standards are met
- Motivate, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, including performance appraisals, administration, training and other employee relations matters.
- Work with cross functional teams to initiate and execute CI initiatives on site
- Manage Compliance Activities (HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, Internal & External Requirements).
- Drive the business safety agenda, striving for a Zero Accident Mindset (Target Zero)
About You
Whether you are an experienced leader, or looking to step up, we are seeking candidates who are driven and continuous improvement focused, with the ability to collaborate with other Manufacturing Coordinators to implement improvements.
- Experience in a manufacturing operations environment, in either FMCG or an industrial manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership capability with the ability to engage and develop teams, creating a high performing and collaborative culture
- Demonstrated track record of implementing change and improvement projects on site
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles would be an advantage
- Engineering and / or Operations degree qualifications, or another related discipline would be an advantage
