Your new role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team delivering complex manufactured components and assemblies to our customers. You will have responsibility to:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer products and requirements.
- Plan manufacturing processes, generate work instructions to achieve customer requirements.
- Resolve engineering and manufacturing issues.
About You:
As an ideal candidate you will have:
Prior manufacturing experience is essential, and the following will be advantageous:
- OEM or Tier 1 experience in automotive or production volume manufacturing.
- Manufacturing experience in any of the following: CNC M/C processes (Milling, Lathes), Metal Cutting and Bending, Weld and Fabrication and Mechanical Assembly.
- Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) or equivalent
- Experience with PFMEAs, PCPs, SPCs, RCCA etc.
