PERSOLKELLY is partnering with 3M and looking for a Process Engineer for a 12-month contract role based in Guildford, NSW.

Qualifications required
*Bachelor of Engineering or similar degree required.
*Minimum 3 years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
*Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles/concepts in a production environment with a proven history of improving efficiency and effectiveness.
*Experience developing technical documentation such as process documents/ standards (Process Standards or SOP, Work Instructions, etc.).
*Experience with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM or other Management of Change systems).
*Experience with developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
*Experience with providing continuous improvement activities on machines and processes to improve yield and reduce the cost of poor quality.
*Experience with NCRs and conducting risk assessments.
*Ability to manage or work with cross-functional teams.
The main objectives for a candidate include day-to-day cooperation with production operators, shift supervisors, and supporting functions like maintenance or Quality.
Candidate should be fluent in documentation preparation, with a good grasp of statistics (capability study, MSA).
Having project management skills and molding experience would be the candidate's additional advantage
