This leading manufacturer of high-quality household products requires an experienced supervisor for their Afternoon Shift production team.
About the Position
- Lead the company's Afternoon Shift production team at their purpose-built northern suburbs manufacturing facility.
- Manage the productivity and teamwork of up to 20 permanent and casual staff to ensure quality and efficiency of manufacturing operations and adherence to OH&S policies.
- Take responsibility for all Afternoon Shift activities including product manufacturing, distribution, storage and process flow.
- Position will be focused on supervising and supporting staff on the production floor, including all facets of staff performance management.

About You
- You will be a confident and clear communicator with previous experience supervising a manufacturing/production team.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead, coach, evaluate and develop a team.
- Mechanically-minded and willing to be hands-on if required.
- Experience ensuring staff adherence to OH&S policies and quality control procedures.
- Ability to efficiently learn and adapt to new production processes and machinery.
