About this role
Come and join our team at Integrity Food Co! We are currently looking for a full-time Team Leader for our Tingalpa facilities.
Tasks and duties
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing associates to achieve daily production goals. (Not afraid to jump on-line and get stuck in, owning the entire production floor).
- Production Oversight: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
- Training and Development: Train new team members on production processes and ensure ongoing development of existing team members.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure products meet quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, implementing changes as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize waste.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, and Logistics to optimise production flow and resolve issues.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on production metrics, including productivity, quality, and efficiency.

AM Shift 0600-1430 Monday - Friday! With some overtime offered infrequently.
