About the role:

Come and make an impact on our brand! We have a unique and exciting position available for a strong, supportive and hands-on MARCOMMS LEAD to join our talented Marketing team.
Reporting to Corporate Marketing and Partnerships Manager, your role will be to utilise your creative design skills and leadership experience to lead, motivate and support a team of subject matter experts across the Marcomms space including Social, Digital, Print, Events and Creative.
Key accountabilities include:

• Inspire the organisation with your creative experience and vision
• Execute marketing strategies that are consistent with NHP’s agreed creative vision
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that the creative vision is aligned with overall business strategy
• Conduct research about current industry trends and make recommendations to add further value to company initiatives
• Oversee partnerships with media outlets to promote brand awareness, as well as create content for social media sites to attract new customers and engage with existing customers
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within parameters
• Align with NHP brand guidelines

Ideally you will have / be:

• Demonstrated leadership experience, strong creative mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• A genuine passion for Marketing and Communications
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
• Keen eye for design aesthetics and emerging trends
• Adept at juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
• Good systems knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) or other creative suites
