Marine Detailers/Gel Coat Repairer

Shipshape Marine is expanding and currently looking to hire a well presented, energetic, and reliable team member to be a part of our well-established marine fit out department based at the Gold Coast Marine Prescient building Maritimo all new S75 & M75 Luxury Motor Yachts.

The right candidate must have a great attitude, have an eye for detail, be willing to learn, and work well in a team environment.

The role will include: 

- Detailing of gel coat and painted surfaces 

- Machine polishing 

- Sanding and fairing 

- Preparation of painted areas

Detailing experience is not necessary but experience with tools would be an advantage. This is a long-term position with opportunity to grow within the company for the right candidate.
