Form of workThe opportunity We’re seeking a driven Marine Planner on a 8/6 roster FIFO Perth to Cape Preston to support our Port Maintenance Planning team. In this role you will report to the Senior Planner and co-ordinate with stakeholders.
You will implement best practice administrative processes to facilitate effective maintenance across our Port Operations. In this role you’ll be responsible for: Develop and validate maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and business plans. Coordinate accurate and up-to-date SAP data, specifically related to maintenance tasks.
Manage contractor engagements and support requests, optimizing vendor selection and cost factors. Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to maximize Vessel availability. Foster positive relationships through effective communication and consultation.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance processes. Assist with day-to-day tasks and maintain area rosters, including travel coordination.
