Marketing and Administration Assistant Role

An exciting opportunity for a creative individual
The role requires creative talent and skills in writing, marketing as well as office administration. This position offers variety where you can expand your skills in all aspects of office, marketing and communications duties. Daily activities include (but not limited to):
- Liaising with the Management team and Office Co-Ordinator. With their support you will be required to coordinate events, ticketing and marketing with stakeholders and promoters
- Supporting the Office Co-Ordinator in important daily tasks including hotel check-ins, ticketing, general phone and walk-in enquiries, bookings, Point of Sale entries etc.
- Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram); track progress, and maintain the schedule. This will involve writing creative and compelling content for a variety of mediums - social, email, web, print, etc. and working with external creative media agencies.
- Executing and creating marketing plans and innovative ideas
