Role Overview: As the Regional Market Manager, you'll lead the charge in launching and overseeing the operations of our official online store tailored for the Australian audience. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing strategies for warehouse processes, ERP (Order Management), team recruitment and management, and partnering with local service providers, especially in logistics. You'll drive local adaptations, from payment and shipping options to aligning product ranges with seasonal shifts and cultivating a market-specific style and tone.
Qualifications and Responsibilities: This is an unprecedented opportunity for someone adept at navigating the complexities of launching and managing operations, big or small. Key qualifications include:

• Experience: Proficiency in online fashion retail operations.
• Local Insights: Understanding or familiarity with Australia's media landscape, logistics, and payment providers.
