As a Director within the Quantitative team of this elite Insights Consultancy, you’ll solve commercial business problems – translating the complex to simple by harnessing and delivering sophisticated statistical analysis and advanced modelling.
Leading projects from initial pitch to final presentation, you’ll partner with senior decision-makers at many of Australia’s most prestigious retail, technology, and services brands and be seen as the go-to person for quant analysis in segmentation, choice modelling, regression and conjoint.

We’re seeking a unique consultant who can combine statistically advanced analytics with creative thinking through a strategic mindset, deepening relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
The essentials:
- 7+ years’ experience in agency quantitative research/marketing science/insights
- Proven experience managing ad-hoc projects from pitch through to presentation.
- Expertise in SPSS/Q/excel
- Marketing Science/advanced techniques – segmentation, choice modelling, regression, max-diff and conjoint would be highly advantageous.
- Strategic mindset & strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to translate complex methods and tools into simple solutions
