The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Marketing you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Marketing and communication content and activities to support our commercial operations including our Reuse facilities in Mitchell and Mugga Way and our network of retail stores, as well as social media engagement for these operations. This includes development of content for a dedicated website, promotional materials, brand resources, social media and engaging with community and school groups for the public programs that will take place at the facilities.

- Weekdays – Monday to Friday
- $47.50 hourly rate + 14% superannuation
- Salary packaging option up to $15,900 per FBT year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per FBT year

About You
You will be known for expertise in contemporary approaches to Marketing and Communications strategies within multifaceted work environments. You will be a natural communicator and collaborator, who proactively builds partnerships for common good, with an “all-round” ability to support the development and implementation of external communication strategies.
Your Qualifications
You will have qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism and/or have proven previous experience in a marketing or communications related role. You will have highly developed oral and written communication skills. You will have good organisational skills and proven creative skills in the production of engaging and creative work. You will have demonstrated experience in developing content for a variety of audiences including digital channels and social media. You will possess high level relationship skills, collaboration and negotiation skills. You will have a working knowledge of MS Office suite and web & marketing software - Canva, or Adobe or similar graphic design software and website content management software.
