We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Marketing and Wine Club Manager to join our small but high performing team. It's an opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise to shape the future of our renowned winery while indulging your passion for wine in a stunning Tasmanian setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our award winning wines and brand.
Manage and grow our Wine Club membership base through innovative campaigns and customer engagement.
Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, email Marketing and website content.
Collaborate with our sales team to drive product awareness and sales.
Organise and execute events to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
Key Requirements:
Experience
Proven experience in marketing within the wine industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful campaign management and brand development.
Skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems and database management, excellent communication skills, and a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
Passion
A genuine passion for wine and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with a strategic mindset to achieve business objectives.
This is a permanent position based at our Launceston office. Salary will be negotiated with the preferred candidate and will include a wine allowance.
