Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will be an integral part in helping grow the brand nationally and assisting the sales team. Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement social media campaigns. - Content Creation:
Support the creation of marketing materials including but not limited to: Golf Cart Photography, Email Campaigns, Magazine Advertising, Specification Sheets, Social Media Assets and general Promotional Material.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels. - Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, activations and promotions.
Coordinate logistics and manage on-site activities during events. - Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. - Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers online, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Role Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
Previous work experience as a Marketing Assistant, Graphic Designer role or similar
Relevant qualification or studying Marketing, Communications and/or Digital Media (highly desirable)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator & Indesign)
Basic knowledge of Mailchimp (advantageous but not necessary) - Digital Marketing Skills:
Basic understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and email marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics. - Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with the Carts’n’Parts team, from Sales to Warehouse Staff. - Organisational Skills:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines. - Personal Laptop:
A personal laptop will be required for this role. All software required for the role will be provided. - Valid Drivers Licence:
As some tasks may require this role to visit our other Carts’n’Parts store in Sanctuary Cove, a valid provisional or open Drivers Licence will be advantageous. - Interest in all things Golf:
Whilst it is not integral to the role, an interest in golf and golf carts will be favourable.
What We Will Offer:
- $24-$28 per hour casual rate (based on experience).
- Looking for 2-3 day per week. We are flexible which days this would be between Monday – Thursday but would prefer 2-3 days in a row.
