We are looking for a reliable and versatile Virtual Administrative Assistant who is also skilled in Social Media Marketing to join our team.
While this is mainly a work from home position we are looking for a Gold Coast local who can attend in-person meetings and workshops when required.
You must have some knowledge about Human Design and be an enthusiast in the system. This is a contract position for 10-hours per week initially with the potential to expand in the future.
You must have an ABN or be willing to get one for this role. We can assist with this if needed.
Here are some responsibilities and tasks that this role may handle:
Administrative Tasks:
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Handling emails and correspondence
- Providing basic customer service and support
- Assisting with website maintenance, training platform and updates
- Proofreading and editing documents
- Assist with event planning and organisation
- Perform other administrative tasks as necessary to support the business
Content Creation and Social Media Management:
- Writing and editing content for websites, blogs, or Social Media
- Posting updates on Social Media platforms
- Creating graphics or other visual content
- Developing and implementing Social Media strategies
- Managing Social Media accounts (posting updates, responding to comments)
- Creating and scheduling email newsletters
- Conducting online marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Solid understanding of Social Media platforms and best practices
- Experience with Social Media management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
