We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team at Expressway Spares Wauchope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the Mining and Construction industries.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will play an important role be providing support to our Branches and valued customers.

Duties include: 

• Creating innovative, eye-catching digital marketing content for use across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Including scheduling and monitoring of all content.
• Developing promotional material including catalogues, brochures, newsletters and email campaigns.
• Identifying and executing fresh, innovative & exciting ideas through regular reviews of industry news, competitor landscape and trends.
• Providing valuable support on various projects as needed, operating under the guidance of the National Sales Manager.

 Essential Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising design creativity or attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Figma, Premier Pro, InDesign and Photoshop), Canva and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desired. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a focus on attention to detail
• Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and communication skills; you can effectively manage your workload and can clearly express ideas.
• Willingness to acquire product knowledge in the Construction and Mining industry.
• Openness to receiving input from others, coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years previous experience in Marketing Communications, Social Media, PR or similar
• Creating and editing written materials and digital content
• Graphic design and photography / videography skills
• Passionate about Social Media, with the ability to effectively engage customers through innovative, relative content

Salary
