Marketing Automation Programs:

• Develop and execute personalised nurture programs using Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Experience Platform) to accelerate revenue opportunities through the marketing funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to segment and leverage data for greater campaign efficiency, personalisation, and effectiveness.
• Implement processes to support campaign execution, lead gen flow, and continuous campaign optimisations.

Analytics, Reporting, and Metrics:

• Analyse data from Eloqua, Salesforce, in-product, and other martech systems to provide recommendations for ongoing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Establish data flow between systems to drive better insights and results.
• Generate reports to provide visibility of campaign performance

You will bring:

• Essential: experience of Marketing Automation platforms like Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.
• Experience working with HTML and email development best practices.
• Understanding of data flows to drive personalisation.
• Understanding of the relationship between Marketing Automation and CRM platforms, with knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Experience working with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Datorama, Tableau.

Hybrid – 2 days a week in office / 3 days WFH

As a key member of our team, you will be the expert in the technologies used in our marketing efforts, deploying cutting-edge lead generation programs to accelerate prospects through the marketing and sales funnel.
