So, what’s the role?
As our Marketing and Campaigns Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing compelling and effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage existing and prospective members, and drive business growth. This includes managing and developing our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction You will also support reporting and tracking outcomes of our marketing activities.
Key accountabilities for the role:
- Develop, execute and monitor assigned Marketing activities, which may include:
- Plan, write, build and report on digital and printed Member newsletters,
- Plan and generate content for social media posts, across assigned channel(s),
- Plan, develop, execute and track marketing campaigns
- Support the development of emails and SMS to Members, including Member newsletters
- Support the writing and building of Member facing e-newsletters
- Support regular reporting of social, e-news, email and campaign
About You
As an experienced Marketing or Communications Specialist, you have a strong understanding of and experience in applying marketing concepts and of what’s required to produce copy, content articles, social posts and marketing campaigns. You are a wiz at social media – particularly Instagram and Tik Tok and will savour the opportunity to build our presence there.
You will also have:
- Experience in copy and long form content writing to generate copy for marketing campaigns and content
- Experience in developing and managing campaigns across paid digital media channels – Google Search, Display Ads, Social Media
- Experience with campaign management tools and software, including email marketing and automation programs, and Power BI
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills
