ABOUT YOU

You love all things marketing and have at least a couple of years experience in both traditional and digital marketing. 

You are a people person and are comfortable talking with clients from all walks of life. You are positive, down to earth, love working in a dynamic and diverse team environment and even though you are confident and driven, you aren’t precious. No egos here thanks! 

You can work fast and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects is a must, without compromising on the quality of your work. In fact, you love a fast paced, complex environment that will keep you learning and on your toes. You know you have natural ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and you love knowing you are a gun at getting sh*t done!

You are committed to building your career and believe working hard and continuous learning brings its rewards. You totally get that in a young and fast growing agency, change is sometimes the only constant, and you relish the opportunity to be part of building the agency’s next phase of growth.

Some of the qualities we are looking for are:

• 2+ years of marketing experience, both traditional and digital

ABOUT THE JOB

Agency life is dynamic and fast paced and at The Marketing Lab, no day will ever be the same! Some of the tasks that you will be expected to deliver on are:

• Co-ordinating the execution and roll out of campaigns
• Liaising with clients - for approvals, check ins & reporting
• Creating & sharing marketing campaign plans 
• Executing & managing digital campaigns (mainly FB, Insta & LI)
• Briefing marketing activities to our specialists
• Setting up and managing reporting
• Supporting the Senior Marketing Lead on your brands

You’ll be working alongside an incredible and experienced Senior Marketing Lead, learning from them and delivering world-class marketing to our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from people who are exceptional at what they do and work with some amazing known and emerging brands.

We are a niche agency that specialises in the franchise industry. We are a boutique team of 26, but we are mighty! We work with a number of Australia's most iconic brands, supporting both the franchisor and the franchisee, and we are experiencing rapid growth.
