The Job:
Located at our Head Office on George Street in Sydney’s CBD, we’re now on the lookout for a Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. You will be creative, focused, hardworking, and motivated with a love for movies and marketing. This role will focus on developing meaningful and impactful local marketing campaigns.
Some key responsibilities include:
Monitor and analyse cinema and catchment performance, and identify growth opportunities
Working with Location and Area Managers to develop and executive marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver admissions and market share growth for HOYTS Cinemas across Australia & NZ
Working with Location Managers on establishing meaningful relationships within their local area
Analysis and reporting on market share movements
Ongoing assessment of campaign performance
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for an ambitious candidate who has had a couple years of marketing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career! It goes without saying you’ll be a top performer, a creative thinker, and have a passion for marketing. We’re also looking for someone with:
1-2 years proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Exec role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Confidence in campaign planning, copywriting, and reporting
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Familiarity with MS Office, marketing software, social media and web analytics platforms
Tertiary qualification in business or marketing (desirable)
